Periodic Maintenance Contract:

1. Promptly checking and repairing on-site according to customer requests via Email/Text
2. Immediate installation of new devices/spare parts upon request via Email/Text
3. Addressing equipment problems based on customer requests with full and detailed reporting of on-site activities and updates on replaced spare parts

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract:

1. Encompassing all routine and breakdown maintenance activities
2. Providing comprehensive consultation and remote support via phone and email
3. Keeping the status of spare goods in the warehouse up to date
4. Compiling a comprehensive device profile including all related records and documents.
